Absolutely useless. Try to book a taxi and the "Request for now" button doesn't actually work.
App won't even let you book just says unavailable and has done for some time now pointless

New phone, same phone number. App not allowed me to register!! Some company! Get a grip Aqua!!
App sucks and company has some of the worst drivers and rudest staff I've ever encountered... but they have a monopoly and your only alternative will be Uber if you're in Portsmouth (and need a taxi).
Accept and cancel. They seem to accept your job and then cancel right away, not reliable at all and a great shame this is pretty much the only option
They used to be so good but not now. Uber is so much better.
You can be waiting unlimited amounts of time for a car to be scheduled, I've had to cancel many times. Also when you add a card they charge you £1. They also almost never allow you to leave Portsmouth.
